Welcoming Wet n Wild
Have you heard about Wet n Wild Cosmetics? if not, me neither at first. But I'm lucky enough coz I got several products (see above photo) for me to try on..
My first attempt is using their Liquid Eyeliner - ultra black color, Blusher - mellow wine color and lipstick - think pink color. The eyeliner is very easy to apply, the blusher is my every day blush now and i fell in love with the pink lipstick instantly. It's the perfect pink I'm looking for!
Second is I'm trying the lipstick with red velvet color, some of you might notice that i'm a fan of red lipstick and this red velvet has completed my collection of red lipstick =)) The lipstick glides on easily, made with hydrating skin-care ingredients. That's great coz my lips skin is quite sensitive.
Oh they also have some sophisticated colors of nail polish. I've tried the "I Red a Good Book" color. Very easy to use because they got the ManiCurve Pro Brush and my manicurist approved it ;)
Check out Wet n Wild WEBSITE now! or visit their FACEBOOK and TWITTER. The good news is they are affordable so you don't have to break your piggy bank ;D

Casual Look - Kidnapped Ally headband, Top bought at Korea, Noona Skirt |
Summer Look - RiotousBy SEM sunnies, Gifted top, Noona skirt |
Girl Next Door Look - Gifted glasses, Top bought at Korea, Noona skirt, Sophie Kinsella book |
First one the casual look, i think putting a loose top or sweater on a mini skirt is kind of on trend now. During my last trip to Korea, lots of Korean girls dress up this way.. Well maybe for those who lives in Indonesia should pick a top with lighter fabric.
Second one is my favorite, the summer look. I can imagine myself wearing this to a music festival like Coachella haha.. And a pair of RiotousBySEM sunglasses complete the look... You should check some sunnies they had btw. Affordable and deym COOL..
Third one is the girl next door look. So not me.. ;P But i kinda like it thou. I looked more feminine. Am I? =D So which one is your favorite?
Check Noona new arrivals HERE! Oh btw you should check the twilight sparkle full skirt and the chiffon midi skirt. LOVEEE EM!

sandals =)

had a quick lunch at Bakery (again).. Happy that we can have our lunch here,
there are still lots of their menu I want to taste.. This time I chose the
sandwich.. Nom Nom.. Seriously its very delicious guys! Christine, our host

Genting Trip 16-18 Oct 2012 Slideshow: @griciaeffendi’s trip to Tanah Tinggi Genting was created with TripAdvisor TripWow!
Day 2 is the day where the
itinerary was quite packed. We start our day by having breakfast at Bakery,
Maxims Hotel. It’s an open restaurant with tall windows so you can enjoy the
mountain view. Bakery serves pastry and sandwich, both are great.. Since the
restaurant called Bakery and I’m a sweet tooth gal, I decided to order the apricot
Danish with hot chocolate =) In my opinion, having breakfast at Bakery is a
must when you visiting Genting. Finished with breakfast, time for theme park!
Yayyy… We tried all the thrilling ride and the hi lite is the flying coaster!!!
Really really fun! You should try this.. Never seen a ride like this in other
theme park.
Time is running and it’s lunch
time. We had our lunch at Happy Valley Seafood restaurant and the “festival” is
begin, they served 9 kind of foods. Yes I know it’s a lot.. One of them is the
huge lobster… I already forgot when is the last time I ate lobster. Like long
long time ago… Haha.. Besides lobster my favorite is the Singapore chilli crab,
steamed sea grouper (fish) and the deep fried bean curd in thai sauce. Superb!
Finished with lunch, next is Snow World where you can experience snow with
Christmas ambience.. My mistake that I’m wearing short jeans.. haha.. So I
borrow their big size jacket and boots because I wear flip flops and then we
enter the snow world!!! We suggested to not bringing our camera because it
might broken your camera since the temperature is very cold.. You can ask the camera man inside the Snow
World to snap some photos and then you can buy the printing with special design
after finished experiencing the Snow World.
The excitement did not end here,
we still have Sky Venture in our itinerary its basically like flying through
the hard wind.. haha.. First we have to measure our weight to make sure we are
still in the allowed weight, after that we have to wear a suit and change our
sandals with shoes (they will borrow you), then we have to learn some hand
signal coz when you’re in the wind tube you cannot talk coz the wind is so
hard, communication with the trainer is using hand signal.. Finally time to
experience the Sky Venture! The trainer get in to the wind tube and giving
examples of dos and don’ts while we are in the wind tube.. Then moment of
truth, all of us queuing with nervous. It’s time for my turn. With all the guts
I have I go inside the tube and OMG it’s not easy man! The way you spread your
legs, hands, fingers and body position should be correct, the trainer of course
assisting during the whole time.. Very challenging.. After all of us finished, .
Actually I doubt to do it again. But I told myself you can do this Gricia!
Hahaha.. This time the trainer let me fly on my own and suddenly he grab my
hand and leg to make a tornado!!!! He took me flying by making a circle
movement up and down… So much fun!
Finished with fun attraction, one
of most awaited itinerary, spa time at M Spa! I choose to have a foot massage +
body scrub. It’s very relaxing.. After the massage and scrubbing, I tried their
steam room and Jacuzzi. We can take a
bath after finished. They have complete facilities. You only need to bring your
body.
Finally the last itinerary of the
day, dinner at Ming Ren. Like the others, the restaurant served one of the best
food I ever ate… At Ming Ren we tried some of their specialities such as - catch
the lamb soup, Xinjiang lamb skewer, braised abalone, etc. But personally my
favorite is the spicy roasted chicken. Sadly this dinner like a farewell dinner
because it’s our last night at Genting. Since we want to make a special record
of our sweet moments, we decided to have fun by dancing Gangnam Style and you
can watch the hilarious video HERE. 2nd night at Genting, went to
sleep smiling…

Genting Trip Part 1

Gohtong Jaya durian |
Strawberry Park |
Chin Swee Temple |
Maxims Hotel |
Salad at Bubbles & Bites Restaurant |
T-Bone at Bubbles & Bites Restaurant |
with Bubbles & Bites Chef |
Lucky with his Lamborghini |
Some of you
might know from my twitter post that from 16-18 oct I went to Genting together
with Indonesia Blog Network and several bloggers. As far I can remember, last
time I went to Genting is like 10 years ago with my friend using Sky Way from Kuala
Lumpur (KL). This time I got the chance to visit and explore Genting more than
I ever had..
When we arrived
at KL airport, two hosts from Resorts World Genting, Dee Lin and Christine
welcome us and directly took us to Gohtong Jaya (a stop before Genting) using
mini van to have some lunch at Ratha Restaurant. This is where our culinary
“tour” begin. Ratha speciality is their fish head with curry soup, it satisfy
my love for spicy food. Nom nom :9 After that we continue with eating durian!
My favorite!!! Even though I’m quite full after had the lunch but of course I
don’t want to miss the famous durian. So I ate several durians and fellow
bloggers starting to call me durian queen.. haha..
Then we continue
to Strawberry Park, there we can pick some strawberries, visit the lavender
park and they also plant different kind of mushroom. Besides sightseeing, we
can also bought their fresh items like strawberry jam, toiletries product from
lavender and mushroom snack. After that, we went to Chin Swee temple which
located quite near from Genting, that’s why it’s quite foggy there and the view
is very breath taking… The uniqueness is one of the temple part is build inside
a cave and you can drink the ”holy water” that flows from the mountain. I also
try the Buddhist ritual, I don’t know what it called but you can ask a question
in your heart and then using the bamboo tube to find the “answer”. When you
shake the bamboo, a stick will come out and show a number where the temple
staff will read what’s written on the paper based on the number that written on
the stick.
Finished with
Gohtong, we arrived at Maxims Hotel. It’s the best hotel in Genting! Lucky us
coz we will stay for 2 nights there. I love the room interior coz its
minimalist yet warm.. Later, we had dinner at one of restaurant that located in
Maxims Hotel called Bubble and Bites. The decoration is very stylish with
unique blue-ish lighting, very cozy.. I
picked T-bone for my dinner and it taste deadlicious (deadly delicious)!!! They
also serve some wines, Asti and Bottega which taste really really good!
Especially because we pair it with the fine meat… Happy tummy happy me =)
Since the night
is still young, we decided to go to Patio, a semi outdoor bar with live music.
Fellow bloggers are starting to order drinks and the high light of the night is
Lamborghini!!! We starting to order more and more to challenge each blogger to
finish those flaming drink.. haha.. What a great first night for us who just met
each other for the first time that day.. Patio close our first day perfectly
=))
